Pea Sugar Snap

72 Days. This is the original strain of Sugar Snap that became a household name in the U.S. with its 1979 introduction. The vines are tall, growing 6-7' or more, and need support. Pods are about 3" long, ½" across, and bear over a long picking period. Both peas and pods are sweet and tender when cooked. Tolerant to common wilt (race 1).
