Greens stay freshest when they are well-hydrated but not wet. This unique container holds salad greens above a reservoir of water, allowing excess water to drain from leaves while humid air surrounds them. Clear plastic container has a raised, perforated base, so it doubles as a colander and never lets greens sit in water. Control humidity by adjusting vent on side of container, adding water to reservoir, or discarding drained water.

When greens aren't in season, this container keeps broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, berries, and more in prime condition. Handy guide for storing 16 favorite vegetables and fruits is printed on the container. Divider keeps two kinds of produce separate or stores in lid.
