83 Days. If you have been a fan of Crimson Sweet, then you’ll appreciate this hybrid version of this popular watermelon. It’s a few days earlier than Crimson Sweet and it yields much better. The uniform fruit, averaging 23 lbs. have a medium green background with dark green stripes. A thick rind protects it during shipping and its bright red flesh is crisp and delicious. The vigorous and productive plants are resistant to Fusarium and Anthracnose (race 1).
