73 Days. Aristotle is a very widely used and very widely adaptable green to red, blocky bell pepper with tremendous yield potential and thick walls. Its extra large, dark green fruit and heavy sets have impressed growers everywhere. Aristotle’s vigorous 20-24 in. plants offer good protection to the fruit and have tolerance to BLS (races 1,2,3), PVY and TMV. The plants are also free of antocyanins, which helps prevent purpling on the fruit during periods of stress.
