Our mix has been carefully formulated to give you a wonderful collection of color, texture and flavor. When you plant this mix, you will harvest eight different and delicious greens to offer to your customers. Our mix includes lettuces New Red Fire, Black Seeded Simpson and Oakleaf; Oriental mustards Green Boy and Red Giant; Oriental green Early Mizuna; Kale Red Russian and Spinach Melody. Plant in blocks and harvest when plants are at a 5-6 in. in height.
