50 Days. Lioness is a green-stemmed yellow straightneck that has tolerance to ZYMV, WMV II, papaya ringspot virus and CMV. This pioneering squash variety is the first of its type with traditionally bred tolerance to these four viruses that can decimate your crop. The medium-sized plant offers good yields of straight fruit that have a medium-sized bulb at the blossom end. Note: The young fruit will have a noticeable greenish cast to them. The green color will partially disappear as the fruit ripen. Mature fruit will have a very light greenish cast to them.
