80 Days. Also known as sweet potato squash, this variety has a compact 3-4 ft. vine that has and tolerance to powdery mildew. These are improvements over the older strains of Delicata. The cylindrical, 8 in. long fruit has a bright yellow-orange flesh that is very sweet and smooth with a nutty flavor. Developed by Cornell University. (P.V.P.)
