70 Days. This hybrid Charentais type melon is sure to delight your customers. These are gourmet breakfast melons in Europe and can bring top dollar at your market. The round 2-3 lb. fruit have greenish yellow rinds, slight suturing and a fine net. Their interiors have very tight seed cavities and firm, deep orange flesh with high sugar content and a pleasing musky aroma. Riviera Sweet has shown good yield potential in our test plots. Resistant to Fusarium wilt (races 0,1,2) and intermediate resistant to powdery mildew (race 2).
