105 Days. This unique hard shell variety offers an additional feature – occasional and distinctive genetic warts. The 3-5 lb. fruit are produced on compact vines and have a round to globe shape. They have strong and thick firmly rooted stems, and unlike other hard shell types, they are moderately ribbed. Gargoyle has a good orange color and intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. Approximately 40-50% of the fruit will have some genetic warting.
