Our JWALT TunLcovers are a simple, easy-to-use method of extending the growing season while protecting plants from frost, wind chill, and garden pests. It consists of a 2 layer UV protected cover with thick guage wire hoops installed every 2 ft. It expands like an accordion and sets up in seconds extending up to 18 ft in length. Simply stretch out the plastic, pushing the hoops into the ground at the preset intervals and you're done! The width of growing area at soil level is about 16 in. which is more than adequate for many garden plants and crops. This garden tunnel has been tested to keep growing vegetation up to 25 degrees F warmer than outside temperatures.
