Rich in vitamins and fiber, lettuce has been enjoyed for centuries. For many years, head lettuce was the choice of consumers, but today, leaf lettuces are the preferred types for color and flavor. Lettuce is quite easy to grow, and we highly recommend using our pelleted lettuce seeds, as pelleted seeds are much easier to plant and singulate.
