Bush Wax Bean
The term “wax” bean refers to the bright yellow color of this bush type bean. The plant structure, pod appearance (except for color) and yields perform much like green bush beans. The flavor of yellow wax beans tends to be milder than its green cousins, and provides nice color contrast in displays at farmers’ markets.
