Hot Pepper

Planting Guide

From the hottest Habanero to the mildest chile, you’re sure to find in our selection the hot pepper to fit your market or gardening need. Hot Peppers have enjoyed a very “healthy” resurgence in our cooking and in the market today. Because of the many ethnic dishes we are all eating requiring such seasonings from eastern Europe, the Middle East, Caribbean and Asia, demand is definitely up in the U.S. Good jambalaya, chili and salsa cannot be made without the “right” hot peppers. Renewed interest is also coming from the professionals in medicine and nutrition who claim hot peppers are “good for what ails you”, including stomach ulcers and arthritis. Give them a try!
