Seed produced Diascia has only recently been made available to the ornamentals marketplace, and differ from their vegetative cousins by exhibiting a more dense and full growing plant habit that is literally covered in blooms. Less pinching is necessary for growers to produce eye appealing packs and containers for the consumer. This cool season genus is best suited for early spring or fall production and growth, alongside pansies and other cool temperature loving plants.
