Ptilotus Joey

SKU: 21017-10-02

Native to central Australia, Joey is not only attractive, it also exhibits both heat and drought tolerance. Large, 3 to 4" bottlebrush spikes start out a glistening silver color, then gradually darken to neon pink near the tips. The feathery spikes crown attractive thick silvery foliage for a pleasing effect. Use this novelty plant as an accent plant in mixed containers, or massed in the garden. Either way, growers and gardeners alike love with this sun-loving variety. Height: 12 to 18", 12" spread.

Packets contain approximately 25 seeds.

Supplied as raw untreated seed.

The Harris Seeds company began catalog operation in 1879. It evolved from the efforts of Joseph Harris who was extremely successful in the selection of superior strains of vegetables and grains. The company became wildly popular because of his basic business philosophy - "Offer my customers a quality product at a fair price and they will return."
