115 Days. Although our Lil’ Ironsides is a true pumpkin, it has a tough hard shell much like an ornamental gourd and is not carveable. Its shelf life extends well into the spring, and it has a hard, smooth shell that is great for painting. The dark orange, 2 lb. fruit with dark handles have great yield potential of hybrid uniform fruit. Lil’ Ironsides has tolerance to Fusarium and Phytophthora fruit rots.
