The plants are resistant and tolerant to various diseases, including scab, downy mildew, cucumber vein yellowing virus and powdery mildew. Diva cucumber seeds blossom into tall vines that can reach 5 to 6 feet in height. To grow and mature in 58 days, they require full sun and well-watered fertile soil that is rich in compost.

Diva cucumber plants have small seed cavities and nutritious skin that doesn't need peeling. Diva cucumbers are excellent for salads or dipping, and they taste best when harvested before they reach their maximum size. The smaller cucumbers are more succulent.
