Initial one-time set up of the wheels requires the use of a hand wrench. After that, the stand requires no tools whatsoever at the market. The stand disassembles and fit neatly into a small box for easy transport. The stand comes with 12 metal vases, which measure 7-1/2" in diameter and are 16-1/2" high, large enough to hold even the longest stems.
