Lettuce Knife w/Sheath

Use the shorter, front cutting edge for a quick cut through the lettuce plant, while the longer cutting edge is used for harvesting other crops, and for trimming. The blade length is 7 1/8", with a 5 inch handle. The quality leather sheath is 13 3/8" long overall with two belt loop slits, and blade section (of sheath) is 8 1/8" long. Constructed of high carbon steel with a beechwood handle, knife types maintain a sharp cutting edge, while they may be quickly re-sharpened in the field with a file or stone.
