This extra-large jalapeno is a good yielder of 4" long fruit that are thicker and heavier than the old standard. It has a 4500 to 6000 Scoville unit rating, making it hotter as well. Vigorous plants set fruit that ripen from green to red. Mucho Nacho pepper has produced well in locations of the U.S. and has intermediate resistance to PVY and TEV.
