Loaded with protein! Grow clover sprouts from seed! Great for a snack, on sandwiches, or in salad, clover sprouts are loaded with calcium, potassium, protein, iron, and zinc. Clover sprouts are very similar to alfalfa sprouts and are sweeter when they are yellow. Clover sprouts contain the most significant dietary sources of isoflavons of any sprout variety. Approximately 2.25 TBS. of seed per ounce. USDA Organic.

Are your clover sprout seeds actually alfalfa seeds? Or do they taste differently than alfalfa (just another legume?) Thanks - Meredith
Hi Meredith, These are actually clover sprouts which are generally sweeter tasting than alfalfa sprouts.
