Garlic German Extra Hardy Organic Hardneck
German Extra Hardy Organic is a hardneck garlic with an amazingly hot garlic flavor. The large cloves that are high in sugar content make this garlic great for roasting. This garlic gets its namesake from preforming particularly well in cooler northern climates of the Northeast. The white outer wrappers conceal reddish/purple tinted cloves. Approximately 4-6 easy to peel cloves per bulb. Hardiness zones 3-8. Bulb size 1.75"+.
