Asters are considered an ‘old fashioned’ flower that still maintains a good deal of popularity. The selection of asters is wide, ranging from dwarf, bedding plant types, to taller cut flower types. Flower types also vary from single flowered spray types, to cushion types to quilled types. And then seasonality of bloom is also spread out across the different varieties, ranging from early season flowering to mid-season to late season. The possibilities are endless.
