A high-yielding dual-purpose
variety suited to both fresh market use and processing for coleslaw, Taurus has
a round to flat-round shape and blue-green color. Heads reach weights of 6-12
lbs. depending on spacing and hold well in the field. High resistance to
Fusarium Yellows and intermediate resistance to Black Rot.
