"I saw a method of planting lettuch seeds so the plants come up in nice straight rows and spaced nicely. Take strips of news paper and mix flowur and water to make a bit of a paste solution. Spread on strips and place seeds where you want the plants to grow. Only problen is, I lifted them from the counter wheere they were laying nice and flat. The paper curled, the soil I was using was to course and the seeds either sprang off or didn't cover well. In the end, the plants that did come up are supurb, tasty, just as lettuce should be, and I like the blend. I'll try again next year. I use planting boxes."

Fantastic results.

"Definitely a winner. I may have to scale back the density because these greens are thick. I planted nine rows with the Jang JP-1 and you can see how great these grow."

"It was a rainy summer, so The garden didn't do as well as hoped. But the lettuce germinated well and was what I expected it to be, just didn't have a chance to thrive."
