- To harvest, you'll need to lift up the cover. The cover is easily installed and uninstalled over established plants. The covers do not keep all insects out but focuses mainly on detouring flying insects from damaging plants and laying eggs on the plants. Keeping the cover installed tight to the ground helps with crawling insects but does not stop them completely.
