Plants produce 2 lb. fruits with an orange interior flesh that matches the exterior skin color. Once cooked, fine strings resembling spaghetti pull from the interior. Your customers can add color to their plates while enjoying the benefits of higher carotene. Sauté shrimp in olive oil, add the squash and sprinkle with cheese. Yum!

Great Alternative to Spaghetti Squash

"This squash was not as productive as spaghetti, but it was a close second. The quality is as good or better than spaghetti, and the squash hold up to disease, pest damage, and rot better than regular spaghetti. I will grow them again."
