Heirloom tomatoes are known for their great eating quality and Brandywine is one of the best. It has large fruit with deep pink skin and pink-red flesh. The potato leaf plant is not a heavy yielder but makes up for it with flavorful fruit. The indeterminate plants are recommended for staking and as with heirlooms, disease resistance is lacking. Organic Branywine is the Sudduth strain version.
