Q&A

What does treated mean? Also, treated with what? Thank you.
Hi Lisa! Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Excellent question! Treated seeds are those that have been coated with a fungicide specific to their genus to help prevent commonly occurring forms of mold, rot, fungal or bacterial growth during the germination process. Untreated seed is just that, seed in it's rawest form. No treated coating. We hope this helps Happy growing!
