"My sprout seeds arrived and i immediately started the spicy mix. They grew so much faster than i thought, and were fun to watch. Even the kids enjoyed the process. I have just kept a jar going, so i always have a fresh batch to eat. I use a 1 quart mason and two tablespoons of seed for a perfect batch! I definitely recommend this product.
