"Actually got this variety as kind of a last minute effort to get some yellow bean seed. It turned out to be a great choice. Beautiful yellow color -straight and seemed to not rust or mold as much as other varieties I have grown even with our very wet summer. Our yellow bean sales were great this year- much better than other years"

"Great product. The germination rate was excellent, and the plants grew to about 18 in tall. The beans grew to about 6 in long and were very tasty. For some reason ??? last year I had more beans per plant. I'd buy again"

"I've planted Gold Rush and Gold Mine yellow wax beans for years. I've always bought the seeds from Burpee. This year I bought my seeds from Harris. The flavor is OK. But what surprised me is that I've had several beans that are "stringy". That is something I never ran into with the Burpee seeds. Even if the beans were picked way too late, they were still totally stingless. I also learned during harvest that some of the seeds in the package were actually seeds from Italian flat beans. I gave Harris a try this year. So far, I'm not very happy."
