Uniform blocky fruit that consistently make 14-17 lbs and have a deep green rind with Crimson Sweet striping. Captivation's dark red flesh, firm texture and small pip size make it an excellent choice for the 45-count market class. Intermediate resistance to Fusarium Wilt (race 1) and Anthracnose (race 1).

"well its a long story we prestarted about 150 watermelon seeds and about 50 cantaloupe we used bio degradable pots (3") all came up and when they started the second leaf we transplanted all in 1 day 2 days later the neighbor farmer had just planted a field of corn and then they sprayed herbicide of some type the following day we checked on the melons only to find everything was dead so we purchased some more seeds localy and started them also only to have them wiped out by a secoond spraying of the neighbors fieldwe came back a couple of weeks later anf planted about 200 pumpkin seeds in real dry soil a fend of story NO WATERMRELONS FOR 2023ew days later we recieved about an 1" of rain and our pumpkins look gteat"
