Not bitter

"This kale is fantastic! There is no bitterness in this variety. I planted it last fall and I have harvested it multiple times (at least 4), being careful not to damage the main stem or top-center leaves. The leaves are thick/chewy, so I have found that slicing them thin and adding them to lettuce is a great way to eat it. I made kale salad before I figured out it needed to be sliced thin. Massaging the leaves didn’t work. Dressing it a day ahead might have worked; I didn’t test that fully. The cool weather/shorter days seem to bring out the bright pink leaves. As it warms and the days get longer the bright pink fades away. I’m definitely going to grow this again."
