Bigger is better with this variation of the standard Kiss series. Extra-large 4½" flowers are held high above and cover the full bushy plants. Big Kiss makes an excellent show in both gardens and planters. Recommended for premium packs, 4"+ pots and single or mixed containers.

Color: Mahogany-red with dark central ring

Q&A

My gazanias are in the greenhouse in 1 gallon pots. They are getting awfully tall, about 2 feet. Can I prune them? I didn't expect the height! They are on the east and south side of the greenhouse so they should be getting enough light. I started them under grow lights until they went into 6 inch pots. Thank you, Josephine Goodenow
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. This particular Gazania variety should only reach about 8-10" when fully grown. If they are reaching heights of about 2 feet, they are probably "reaching" and need a better light source. Gazania's do best in full, direct sunlight and can sometimes get stalky with out it. You can try to deadhead and introduce a light source to rectify the issue, but it may be best to harden them off and transfer outdoors if night time temps are consistently above 55 degrees. We wish you the best of luck and hope you have a wonderful season!
Are those hybrid?
Hi Nor, Yes, these gazania seeds are hybrid. Our varieties that have "F1" in the product name are hybrids.
