Protect your crops! Cucumber beetles are attracted wherever squash, cucumbers, watermelon, pumpkins and other cucurbits are grown. Beetles can kill or stunt seedlings, and on older plants, damage stems and fruit. This beetle is also known for transmitting bacterial wilt and other viruses. Beetle larva feed on the plants roots reducing yields. Place lure on sticky trap and place one per 2,000 square ft. for monitoring or every 400 square ft. for trapping. Lure lasts 3-4 weeks.

Does what it says

"Trapped lots of cucumber beetles and very few other insects. 100% will use again."

great product does the job

"I have 10 traps in our large 65' x 14' garden and they are jammed full of beetles and other types of flies/nats wish they would also capture the red fly I'm seeing lately but I'll attack that with neem oil. This seems to be a bad year for cucumber beetles they are also attacking my zucchini plants. Have to order another 10 traps to replace the 10 full ones, glad I needed them when there was free shipping."

Trap working well!

"I hang two traps at opposite ends of my garden and they are loaded with nasty parasitic insects."

didn’t work

"my trap didn’t catch any beetles. I still had to get them off of my cucumber plants while thia trap was feet away."

It did the job!

"I was happy with the results, we had quite an infestation at the community garden center and should have purchased the traps earlier. The reason for 4 stars only is the fact that some beneficial insects were unfortunately also caught on the traps. I don't want to claim that 3 butterflies and a few wasps and bee type insects were attracted to them, (it was only a very small amount), but rather may have gotten into contact with the sticky material inadvertently. On the other hand by the end of the season the traps were otherwise pretty much totally covered with beetles."

works great

"I finally found a way to easily hang the scent bait in the center of the sticky part by poking a whole in the top panels instead of trying to have it 'stick' to the inside works much better. Keeps the cucumber beetles off my cukes but you need to order multiples because once they're full they stop working and you have to swap them out. If you have a lot of bugs that can happen quickly. I made a bamboo T holder to stick in the ground and hang this from and it works great."

Cucumber beetle traps

"These traps work well. They’re adhesive is potent and long lasting through many rainy days too. My cucumbers are doing better than last year when I had no traps. Other small pollinating insects can get stuck on these, even a bee sized hornet, but no honey bees were attracted to it. I will put out the second one today and order more as well. Probably 4 per season will be enough for my small garden I would recommend this product."
