An enhanced biodegradable engineered media for hydroponic seed propagation. The Horticubes® eS media has lower density and higher drainage and is specially engineered for hydroponic seed germination of vegetables and leafy greens. This product’s specialized media density promotes faster and stronger root growth. Great for lettuce, leafy greens, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and other vegetables.
Horticubes® eS foam has been shown by ASTM D5511 to biodegrade 75% within 335 days in a biologically active landfill condition reducing the environmental impact. The clean media allows for a healthy, disease and pathogen free start; while the durable foam minimizes clogging of irrigation filters.
104ct cubes measure 1.25” across and are top grooved.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping and handling are calculated based on your pre-tax order total. Freight surcharges may apply for oversized, heavy, or special-handling items.
Most orders are currently shipping within 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS (excluding backorders), though shipping times may vary during our peak season from January - May.
We also recommend selecting a future ship date that aligns with your planting schedule. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or company-recognized holidays
