"Have been sprouting since I found these mats. Can reuse plastic containers from berries which are raised at bottom with little openings to allow mats to remain wet. Set it into a tray with a little water, sprinkle with seeds and cover. They sprout in a couple of days, then let them grow indirect light. Then cover and store I frig, just cutting what you need each day. Great!!!"
"I use these in our old salad container boxes to grow microgreens. Two of them fit perfectly in a big salad box. Seeds germinate and grow great on them."
