Huckleberry Gold is a mid-season potato with gorgeous dark purple skin and bright golden flesh. Developed by the University of Idaho, these potatoes have high antioxidant levels and show good resistance to disease such as scab and verticillium wilt. Well known for their buttery texture and creamy flesh, this variety is a crowd pleaser for chefs and home cooks alike. Great for roasting and baking!

Most orders are currently shipping within 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS (excluding backorders), though shipping times may vary during our peak season from January - May.
We also recommend selecting a future ship date that aligns with your planting schedule. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or company-recognized holidays
