"Our girls love when I give them sprouts. It is an easy treat to give every once in a while. 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓 I use a mason jar with cheese cloth cover and rinse sprouts several times and drain water. I do this twice a day til we have grown sprouts. It takes about a week, give or take."

- It says to "disinfect" the seeds. How is that done and why? Also, it says to check the website for growing & sanitation instructions. I'm unable to find any instructions.
- Hello! The recommendation to disinfect the seeds is required by law on the packaging of seeds intended to be eaten whole (like sprouts).
