Great in soups, Crispy Salad Mix includes Green Pea, Green Lentils, and Red Lentils. They are great sprinkled over a salad, and can be mixed into soups and other dishes to add flavor and crunch. Crunchy Sprouts contain amino acids and are high in Vitamins A, C, E, iron, calcium, phosphorous and potassium. Approximately 2 TBS. of seed per ounce. USDA Organic.
