90-100 Days. These plants product sweet potatoes with amazing flavor and cream colored skin and flesh that is drier when cooked. Good for northern climates due to less days to maturity than other varieties. Delicious and nutritious, sweet potatoes are easy to grow from these freshly dug, certified sweet potato transplants (slips). Sweet potatoes need a long, warm growing season, but can be grown in every state. Northern areas benefit from using black plastic to warm the soil.
