The fringed leaves of Yokohama are extra curly, presenting an attractive unique look to these compact plants. While the center of the leaves turn color under cooler temperatures, the outer edges remain a medium to dark green. Recommended for premium packs, 6"+ pots, and mixed containers.
Kale is well known as an edible foliage, but for a novelty item take a peek at these bedding and cut flower types! Used extensively in cooler seasons, they add color and texture to arrangements and beds. Tall cut flower types can be spaced close together for high density production in field, greenhouse or high tunnel. Inner leaves start to color up when night temperatures fall below 55°F.
