Garlic German Red Premium Hardneck

Premium bulb grade: 2-2.5". German Red is a beautifully colored hardneck garlic from the rocambole family of garlics, which tend to grow better in cold winter climates. German Red produces large flattened bulbs with 8-12 red cloves surrounded by a white wrapper. The intense aromas of this garlic are accompanied by a rich and mild taste. Scapes can be harvested and used for cooking before the garlic itself is actually harvested. Medium term storage. Hardiness Zones 3-8.
