Candice Sweeet Corn

"This was one of the sweetest sweet corn I have ever planted. The ears were good sized and there were 2 ears on each plant. I was able to harvest enough to make cream style corn and freeze for later. We ate as much as we could before I froze the extras. The corn was very sweet and I gave some away to family and they all asked the name what variety I planted. Great sweet corn. Will plant again next year."

Q&A

I can't seem to find classifications for your different varieties of corn. I am looking for an sh2 variety with a 75-80 day maturity. Despite having to isolate them from my other varieties (su and se+), they retain their flavor much better when frozen. Is there someplace I can find such designations for your varieties??
Hi Wayne, From our main Sweet Corn page (https://www.harrisseeds.com/collections/corn-sweet-corn), there is a link to a Quick Facts chart (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1537/5553/files/ChartCorn.pdf) where you can view all sweet corn varieties by their genetic class and relative days. Honey 'N Pearl is an sh2 and 75 days.
