**We are unable to ship products to addresses outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.**
Shipping and handling charges include outbound freight and packaging materials. Charges apply to all orders, and are based on the total order value before tax.

Shipping Times - We are currently shipping most orders approximately 3-5 business days after order receipt (backorders not included).
Due to high demand during peak season (January–May), order fulfillment times may vary based on order volume and product availability. To optimize our shipping process and reduce the number of partial shipments, after the first shipment, we may hold an order until the majority of remaining items are available to ship together.
When placing your order, we recommend selecting a future ship date closer to your planting time. This helps ensure that most items arrive when you need them.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that this email may land in your junk/spam folder. If you need items sooner, you may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Preferred shipment carriers are USPS and UPS. Please be aware that USPS and UPS may experience delivery interruptions or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high package volume. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or company recognized holidays. Orders placed Friday - Sunday are considered to be received on Monday. Any delivery-related concerns will need to be addressed directly with the carrier.
Live plants are only shipped at certain times of the year and may be delayed due to poor weather conditions. Plugs & liners ship directly from our plug & liner grower specialists.
Ship Complete Program - We invite you to take advantage of our Ship Complete program. To ensure a smooth shipping experience, we will consolidate your order into fewer shipments when there are items on back order. You will choose a date in the future when you absolutely need our products to arrive, we will hold your order until that date, and then ship all the available items at that time. If there are any remaining items that are not ready to ship, we will ship those once they become available.
Expedited Shipping - Options available at checkout. Additional charges apply. Expedited shipping cutoff is 2:30 pm Eastern Time. When requesting UPS Next Day Air on a Friday, the delivery date will be Monday. Saturday delivery may be available in some areas. Please call 800-544-7938 for assistance.
Truck Shipping - Large seed and supply orders may be shipped by truck. Additional charges apply.
Shipping Outside Continental U.S. - We are unable to ship outside the USA at this time. Additional charges may apply when shipping to AK, HI, PR, or U.S. holdings outside of the contiguous USA. Also please note that Credit/Debit cards, Checks and Money Orders must be from a U.S. based financial institution.
Additional Fees & Surcharges - Please be advised that our S&H rates are subject to change and that a surcharge may be applied for a select number of products that require additional postage, including oversized and heavy supplies, and live plant products shipping directly from our partner growers. Orders shipping to PR will incur a $10 fee for phytosanitary certificates (per order). Orders shipping to PR, HI, and AK are encouraged to take advantage of our ship complete process to ensure all items ordered will ship. Backorders will be canceled.
P.O. Boxes and Street Addresses - Customers with P.O. boxes should include a complete street address to ensure prompt delivery.
Deliveries - Please meet your driver when possible and bring in your box(es) from the elements ASAP. Do not refuse shipment for any reason, you will still be financially responsible for the items. Any issues with shipping must be reported within 24 hrs. Please be available on your delivery date.
Products Shipped Directly From Manufacturers - Some hard goods products (like grow light stands) may be shipped separately from other products you have ordered. Thus, your order may arrive in more than one package and shipped from more than one location. We suggest that you please allow a few extra days for receipt of your entire order.
Shipping & Handling: PLUGS, BULBS, BARE-ROOTS, AND TUBERS

P.O. Boxes: Vendors cannot ship live plants to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address and phone number at order placement.
Freight: Plugs, live bulbs, roots are shipped by the supplier. Freight is estimated for plug orders until shipping when true freight has been received.
