Music is a hardneck garlic, generally regarded as the most prized porcelain type. It produces very large bulbs; the white wrappers have some pink tint and purple striping. Approximately 4-7 cloves per bulb. It offers excellent flavor, pungent but not too hot. Scapes can be harvested and used for cooking before the garlic itself is actually harvested. Medium term storage. Performs well in any climate. Hardiness zones 3-8. Bulb size 1.5-2".

Super tough plants - growing nicely in central IN

"Planted this garlic in mid-October, and after a really difficult winter (temps were below zero much of January), the plants are coming up strong and healthy. It looks like every clove germinated. I am looking forward to selling the bulbs at this summer's farmer's market (and using some of it myself, of course!)"

Q&A

Does 10 count mean that I will receive 10 bulbs?
Hi Mary, Yes 10 Count = 10 Bulbs for most of our garlic varieties, with the exception of Elephant Garlic where the Count = # Cloves.
What does this mean 50 count or 100 count? Is this bulbs or cloves?
Hi Arontimothy, The garlic count is equal to the number of bulbs, with the exception of the Elephant Garlic variety which is the number of cloves.
