"Planted in October and will harvest in late summer. The bulbs were firm and large and arrived in plenty of time."
"Very nice bulbs of garlic! I planted most of them. I tasted a few . Excellent flavor Highly recommended."
"I planted 60 cloves at end of October, which is good for the Bay area. Within weeks, all 60 sprouted. Now, in mid-January the 60 sprouts look good (it rarely freezes in my area). I've learned my lesson not to plant them too early (e.g., September). Early planting causes the cloves sprout then produce scapes as the colder temperatures hit. Wasting the energy making scapes in the fall was a bad idea because that energy should go into building a bigger bulb."
