Q&A

I grew this plant from your seed twice now. The plants do great until bedded. After a couple of weeks the lower leaves start having white spots turn yellow then dry up this progresses until the plant dies. I have not seen spider mites or other pests on plant. The few flowers I get look fine. Can you tell me what disease and pest problems this variety is at risk for? I have grown other verbena in the past and had no problems.
Hello and thank you for contacting us. We would recommend that you reach out to your local ag extension office for help identifying disease issues in your verbena. Often they can take a foliage sample and identify what disease or pest problem you are experiencing. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
