Patriot blueberries have been hybridized to adapt to the very northern climates of the United States. This shorter Highbush blueberry has large fruit that is firm and flavorful, and formed on tight clusters. The Patriot blueberry is a great choice for the fresh or U-pick markets because of the size and quality of the fruit, along with its good disease resistance. Northern Highbush, 3 to 5', open, spreading habit. Large delicately sweet tasting fruit. Fruits early-mid season. Hardiness zones 3 to 7.
